Terms of Service

The service
cntx is a personal context system operated by Kenny Morales at usecntx.com. Using it means agreeing to what is written here. It is short on purpose.
As is
cntx is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may lose a beat, and features may change or go away. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss that comes from using it, and any liability is limited to what a person has paid for the service.
Your data is yours
A person owns what they put into cntx. The service stores it and shows it back to them. It is not sold, and access to it is not resold or licensed to anyone else. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using it well
Do not use cntx to break the law, to store other people’s data without the right to store it, or to attack or overload the service. An account doing that can be suspended.
Leaving
A person can stop using cntx at any time, export what they have, and ask for it all to be deleted. There is no lock in and nothing to cancel by phone. The operator may also stop offering the service, with reasonable notice and a chance to export first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes belong to the courts located in Nebraska.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. Questions go to hello@usecntx.com.
